2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or leaking
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product quality does not match our stated description
  • Seal is broken upon delivery (without customer opening)

3. Non-Eligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns in the following situations:

  • Product has been opened and used
  • Return request made after 3 days of delivery
  • Customer ordered the wrong product
  • Minor differences in color or aroma (natural variation in cold-pressed oils)

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order:

  • Include your order number and full name

Our team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the process.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • A full refund or replacement will be issued within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer
  • Return shipping costs are covered by HAMDANIX for eligible cases

6. Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be transferred directly to your mobile wallet or bank account after verification.
