3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • HAMDANIX reserves the right to change prices without prior notice
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment or COD verification
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability

4. Delivery

  • We deliver all across Pakistan via trusted courier partners
  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days
  • Delivery charges apply based on location and order size
  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000
  • HAMDANIX is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. Repeated refusals or unavailability may result in suspension of COD service for that customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on hamdanix.com — including brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of HAMDANIX. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

HAMDANIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
