At HAMDANIX, we are committed to delivering your pure natural oils safely, swiftly, and professionally — right to your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver all across Pakistan — including major cities and remote areas:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
  • Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad
  • All other cities and towns across Pakistan

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Major Cities: 2–3 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above Rs. 2,000: FREE delivery
  • Orders below Rs. 2,000: Rs. 150–250 depending on location
  • Remote Areas: Additional charges may apply

4. Courier Partners

We work with Pakistan's most trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • TCS
  • Leopards Courier
  • PostEx
  • Trax

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.

6. Packaging

All HAMDANIX orders are carefully packed to prevent leakage or damage during transit. Each bottle is sealed, wrapped securely, and placed in protective packaging before dispatch.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Send a photo or video of the damaged packaging
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure you or a trusted person is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. HAMDANIX is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.

9. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Courier operational issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by customer

In case of delays, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
